Accuracy of Information

Mauradian Motors makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, current, and complete. However, errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies may occur.

Vehicle availability, specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.

Photos displayed on the website may include stock images or examples and may not represent the exact vehicle offered for sale. Differences may exist in color, trim, options, or installed accessories.

Customers are encouraged to verify all vehicle details, including pricing, equipment, and availability, with the dealership prior to purchase.

Pricing Disclosure

All advertised prices are clearly disclosed and represent the vehicle’s price before applicable government fees and taxes, including sales tax, title, registration, and license fees.

Unless explicitly stated, advertised prices do NOT include:

- Taxes and government fees

- Title and registration fees

- Dealer document or processing fees

- Optional dealer-installed products or services

Any optional add-ons or aftermarket products will only be included in the price if clearly disclosed.

Mauradian Motors does not misrepresent pricing or advertise vehicles without the intent to sell them as advertised.

No Hidden Fees / Add-On Transparency

Any additional products or services (such as extended warranties, service contracts, protection packages, or accessories) are optional unless specifically disclosed otherwise.

Customers will be informed of the cost and terms of all optional add-ons prior to purchase. No charges will be added without clear disclosure and customer consent.

Errors and Corrections

While we strive for accuracy, typographical, pricing, or data errors may occur. Mauradian Motors reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.

However, we do not disclaim responsibility for honoring clearly advertised material terms where required by law.

Internet vs. In-Store Pricing

Online pricing may reflect specific offers, incentives, or conditions that may differ from in-store pricing. Any differences will be clearly explained upon inquiry.

Customers are encouraged to contact the dealership for complete details regarding eligibility for advertised pricing or promotions.

Vehicle Availability

Some vehicles listed may be in transit or in production. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the dealership.

Vehicle History Reports

Vehicle history reports (such as Carfax or similar services) may be provided for convenience. Mauradian Motors does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party reports. Customers are encouraged to conduct independent verification.

Financing Disclosure

All financing offers are subject to credit approval and lender terms. Not all customers will qualify for advertised rates or terms.

Any advertised financing terms, including APR, term length, or payment estimates, will be clearly disclosed with qualifying conditions.
